The Rebel 215 is the best dedicated portable Synergic MIG welder on the market. This machine produces incredible welds, whether in manual MAG or Smart Synergic model, is as heavy duty design as it gets, and has the rugged ESAB endurance you’d expect from a high end welding machine.

Interestingly, despite being a 2-roll feed system, this 215 model is amazing at MIG welding 0.8mm x 2kg 4043 aluminium. With a polyamide teflon liner, V-Groove or knrulned serrated drive roller(part no. 7977732), 1.0mm tip, we had zero snagging issues.
