BOC (Rental Option)

BOC rental or Albee purchase are great options, and accommodate different applications. For lots of gas usage (ie. 3+ bottles per year), it is much more economical to rent BOC bottles, which are in stock in our gas compound. They offer a much higher quality and wider range of premium gas mixes for welding different materials and thicknesses, as well as as varied bottle size options for all site purposes. The large 'W' sized bottles are better value for workshops and don't need to be swapped as often.

ALBEE (Purchase Option)

If welding less often (ie. 2x 11 ltr sized bottles per year), then the Albee rent-free portable bottles might be a good option for you.

Quality shielding gas for MIG welding and TIG welding are essential for consistent and professional results. With BOC and Albee gases you will achieve a stable arc, smooth metal transfer, reduced spatter, and improved weld appearance. Poor-quality or contaminated gas can lead to porosity, lack of fusion, excessive spatter, oxidation, and inconsistent penetration, all of which may compromise weld strength and finish.
