ESAB Warrior 500 inverter welding machine separate power source.

Processes: MIG / MAG / Advanced MMA stick welder / Air Arc Gouging Welder

415V 3-phase (32amp 5-pin plug sent as standard / MCB D-rated trip required).

Water cooler.

Trolley with feeder swivel pin.

Robust Feed Pro 4-roll drive wire feeder setup with a set of 1.0 / 1.2mm drive rollers sent as standard (unless stated otherwise). The cusotmer will be asked beofrehand what wire they are wanting to weld with to ensure correct configuration).

Feeder can be setup for 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2mm / 1.6mm solid MIG wire V-Grove drive rollers.

Feeder can be setup for 1.2 / 1.6mm flux-cored MIG wire with serrated V-K knurled groove drive rollers.

MB501 x 4 or 5 metre water cooled MIG torch (short 3mtr torch available for soft wires).

Torch setup for any wire configuration (1.0 / 1.2mm plastic coated steel liner sent as standard).

Other torch liners available such as: 3 / 4 / 5 metre 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.6mm polyamide Teflon liner for up to 1.6mm flux-cored.

5 / 10 / 15 metre x 70mm² water cooled interconnection (interlink) cables in stock (that connect the power source to the feeder).

5 metre x 600amp screw-type 70mm² earth lead.

15 metre x 70mm² black rubber copper cable 70-95mm² Dinse plug / socket extension leads available upon request.

500amp welder power source duty rating: 400amps @ 100% (10 mins continuous with no cool down needed / 500amps @ 60% = 6 minutes full power & 4 minutes cool down).

630amp wire feeder duty rating: 400amps @ 100% (10 mins continuous with no cool down needed).

70mm² x 10mtr interlink duty rating: 400amps @ 60% (6 mins continuous / 4 mins cool down needed).

600amp earth lead duty rating: 400amps @ 60% (6 mins continuous / mins cool down).

500amp water cooled torch duty rating: 450amps @ 100% (10 mins continuous with no cool needed).

Inc.1 off, Calibration validation certificate upon request (+/- 2.5% INDICATED / ACTUAL degree of accuracy in accordance with BS EN IEC 60974-14:2018).
