8mm to 8mm up to 25mm+ to 25mm+ mild steel: 78% Argon / 20% Co2 / 2% O2 (BOC ARGOSHIELD Universal)
ESAB Weld G3Si1 is a decent MIG wire for mild steel, that is extremely popular due to being very affordable. There are infinity superior copper-free bare ‘reduced spatter & fume’ solid wires available, such as OK Aristorod 12.50 SG2 and 12.63 SG3, but this standard SG2 copper coated product is spot on.
