Refurbished positioning equipment is available to buy, and typically cheaper than buying brand new. Subject to the type of machine and stock availability, buying in stock fully refurbished ‘as new’ ex-hire machine is a much better investment.

We fully gut and strip down the machines, which can be any and all types of automated positioning equipment, including welding rotators, column and boom manipulators, and positioners. We then fit new drive systems with brand new electronics, new cabling, new AC inverter control systems, new force-cooled AC motors / braked motors, new cabling, fresh tapped threaded holes and new bolts, new machined parts, new belts / pulleys / chains / couplers, with steelwork sanded / shot blasted and freshly painted with 4 coats of high quality paint.
