A premium quality inert gas regulator, typically used as an argon regulator for MIG and TIG shielding gas.

This is a single-stage 2-gauge model, and the most common industry standard.

Because the outlet hole (within the 3/8th connection) is bigger than the 35 l/pm argon regulator, we have found this 10 bar regulator responds better when connected to 14 lpm and 25 lpm TIG flow meters.

We’ve also found that the bigger outlet hole is far better for consistent flow when used with very long argon hose extension leads (ie. 30+ metres), compared to the tiny hole in the 35 l/pm model. Long argon hose extensions (6mm ID 20bar 15m) when coupled together need that extra gas to get down without blockages.

2-STAGE 2-GAUGE (2S SG) INFO:

Function: Reduces the cylinder pressure to an intermediate pressure in the first stage, and then to the desired outlet pressure in the second stage.
Pressure Stability: Provides a more stable and consistent outlet pressure, regardless of changes in cylinder pressure. This makes it ideal for applications requiring precise control over gas flow.
Application: Preferred for critical applications where consistent gas flow is essential, such as in precision welding or when using expensive gases.
