Designed to weld @ 315amps @ 60% duty, the LHF 400 is for welding up to 6.0mm 7018 electrodes (which needs 220-340amps).

This stick welder is heavy duty, and the old bomb proof transformer rectifier 415V 3-phase design. It pulls 32 amps @ 400amps, and the insurge can trip a 32amp fuse socket upon startup unless it is an MCB ‘D-rated’ trip.
