500amp welder power source duty rating:  400amps @ 100% (10 mins continuous with no cool down needed / 500amps @ 60% = 6 minutes full power & 4 minutes cool down).

630amp wire feeder duty rating: 400amps @ 100% (10 mins continuous with no cool down needed).

70mm² x 10mtr interlink duty rating:  400amps @ 60% (6 mins continuous / 4 mins cool down needed).

600amp earth lead duty rating:  400amps @ 60% (6 mins continuous / mins cool down).

500amp water cooled torch duty rating:  450amps @ 100% (10 mins continuous with no cool needed).
