ESAB Rustler EM 350Cw Pro Pulse Synergic Water Cooled

£4,500.00 exc VAT

The Rustler pulse MIG. A perfect pulse MIG for mild steel, stainless, and aluminium, in stock available for only £4,500.

We recommend using pulse for all materials. It’s clean, fast, spatter free.

  • NOTE. Avoid 1.0mm aluminium MIG wire (doesn’t feed very well at all)
  • NOTE. 3mtr 1.6mm Poly liner torch maximum for 4043 1.2mm x 7kg aluminium MIG wire (very soft wire and doesn’t feed as well)
  • NOTE. 4mtr 1.6mm Poly liner torch suitable for 5356 1.2mm x 7kg aluminium MIG wire (slightly harder than 4043 wire, and feeds better)
  • NOTE. 1.2mm aluminium MIG wire requires 3x PreciDrive guide tubes (2mm inlet, middle, outlet) + 4x U-rollers  – In stock
  • NOTE. 1.2mm aluminium wire used at 140amps minimum (4mm to 4mm) to 300amps maximum (15mm to 15mm)
  • NOTE. A great machine for welding aluminium all day up to 220amps (8mm to 8mm), but 220amps+ for long durations you need the Warrior Edge 500 pulse instead

Also available to rent, with the Rustler pulse in stock available same day, configured for your application.

    • If you get porosity / grey, sooty edges / oxide peppering: go up +2 L/min, and check drafts (door/extraction), stickout, and torch angle.
    • If the bead gets random porosity that doesn’t make sense: you might be too high (turbulence). Try down −2 L/min.
    • If you’re welding near the open doorway or you can feel air movement: bump the whole table +2 to +4 L/min.
