An outstanding heavy duty 400amp air cooled MIG welder for welding mild steel. This 400 model can also ARCAIR gouge 6.0mm gouging carbons perfectly @ 330amps on a 32amp plug, for short durations.

NOTE. Never go past 100% duty rating for long durations for machine longevity. The 400 model is NOT designed for 8.0mm gouging carbons, which are best used @ 400amps for optimal results. You will burn the machine out if using 8.0mm carbons (Warrior 500 model needed with 400amps @ 100% duty for 8.0mm carbons).

The Warrior Feed 304 is a reliable wire feeder, and an excellent cheaper alterative to the superior ultra duty RobustFeed Pro.

Also, the Warrior 400 machine has ZERO issues when running our MB36 spool-on-gun. We tried a Fabricator 401 with the spool-on-gun, but after a few months Error Code E6 kept coming up. This was due to PCBs detecting current irregularities from the open circuit voltage, but mainly the synergic lines freaking out due to the instantaneous voltage spike due to how aluminium responds upon welding. The Fabricator synergic lines are not designed for aluminium, but this Warrior can do anything and doesn’t stop until the job is done.
